LearnNow - Updated Record of Personal experience​

Records of Personal Experience have a new 'Duration' field to allow for a time value to be associated with the learning.

LearnNow - Training Path Versioning​

Content creators can now create new versions of existing training paths, allowing the courses in the list to be updated dynamically.

DevelopNow - Review Process Emails​

Emails are now sent out at different stages of the review process to inform the reviewee or the reviewer that an action needs to be taken.

Portal Icons have been re-named and given titles

Reporting update​

The reporting feature on both HireNow and DevelopNow have been upgraded significantly. Through the use of events, the BigQuery engine and Looker studio, the reporting feature has been made more comprehensive and customisable.

The reports available in HireNow are:

  • Average Time to offer by Campaign

  • Campaign Funnel Report

  • Campaign time to offer

Bugs and Defects:​

All portals - Form Builder​

Fixed an issue which prevented the Name and Full name fields from allowing text to be pasted into the field.

Updated validation rules on Multiple Choice elements so that at least one option must be inserted before saving.

Latency​

Addressed latency issues on the following pages/elements:

• Training Paths • Courses • Learning Queues • User Management - Search Bar

LearnNow – Completed Materials/ Course Status​

Resolved as issue allowing for course progression to go over 100%.

This also fixed an issue where course status' were not being marked as complete despite all materials being marked as completed.

DevelopNow – Learning Bulk Assignment​

Resolved an issue where Assign to Teams was not assigning courses as intended.

HireNow – Application Notes​

Notes can now be deleted by the recruiter who created the note.

SkillsNow 1.21.1 - Copy Candidate hotfix​

  • Resolved an issue where the Copy Candidate feature was showing a failure message, despite copying the application over.
  • Resolved a linked issue where any Form or Assessment submissions were not being copied across.

SkillsNow 1.21.2 - Reporting Hotfix​

  • Fixed the Team selector in the relevant reports, which was showing users first name on scroll. Team selector now only shows teams.
